Life Member

Holds a minimum of four consecutive years of active annual CSAVA membership.

Annual Member

₹2,500 / year

Practicing Small Animal Veterinarian in India. Validity until 31 Dec 2027.

Annual Member – GCC Vet*

₹1,000 / year

Currently employed by the Greater Chennai Corporation. Validity until 31 Dec 2027.

Annual Member – TN-VAS Vet**

₹1,000 / year

Currently employed as a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon under the Government of Tamil Nadu. Validity until 31 Dec 2027.

Annual Member – PG Student***

Currently enrolled as a postgraduate veterinary student at a registered Veterinary College of India. Validity until 31 Dec 2027.

Eligibility

  • Must hold a recognized degree in Veterinary Sciences (B.V.Sc & A.H / M.V.Sc).
  • Must be registered with the State Veterinary Council or VCI.
  • Students must provide a valid ID from a recognized veterinary college.

Renewal Information

Annual memberships must be renewed by the 31st of March every year. Life Members are exempt from annual renewals but must update their details periodically to receive physical journals and communications.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • •Membership becomes active immediately upon approval of the application.
  • •Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
  • •Membership cannot be cancelled in whole or in part before the end of the current membership term, except where expressly permitted under the Terms & Conditions.
  • •Members may submit a cancellation/resignation request at any time by written notification via post or email to the CSAVA administration.
  • •Cancellation will take effect only at the end of the current active membership/subscription cycle.
  • •No partial or prorated refunds will be provided upon cancellation.
  • •Any outstanding membership dues must be cleared before a resignation is formally processed.
